These terms explain the rules for using MP3SoundCloud. By using the site, you agree to them, so please take a couple of minutes to read them.

The service
MP3SoundCloud is an online tool that converts publicly available SoundCloud audio into MP3, WAV or FLAC files and lets you save cover art. It runs in your browser and is offered as is. MP3SoundCloud is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SoundCloud.
02 /
Personal use only
The service is meant for personal, non-commercial, offline listening. You may only download content that you have the right to keep, for example:
- Tracks you uploaded yourself.
- Tracks the artist offers as free downloads or under a license that allows copying, such as some Creative Commons licenses.
- Content you have written permission to download from the rights holder.
03 /
What you must not do
When using MP3SoundCloud, you agree not to:
- Download, share, sell or publish content in a way that infringes copyright or other rights.
- Use the service to access private tracks or to get around DRM or other access controls.
- Send automated or excessive requests, scrape the site or try to overload our servers.
- Interfere with the security of the service or try to access data that is not yours.
- Resell access to the service or present it as your own product.
04 /
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the links you submit and the files you download, and for making sure your use is legal where you live. MP3SoundCloud does not check whether you hold the rights to a particular track.
05 /
Supporter pass
The Supporter pass is a one-time payment made through Ko-fi. It unlocks extra features, such as 320kbps MP3, WAV and FLAC, full playlist downloads and ZIP exports, for the period you choose: 30 days for $3 or 3 months for $8. A pass does not renew automatically.
Your pass is tied to the email address you paid with and is for your own use. Because features are available immediately after activation, payments are generally not refundable. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will look at it fairly.

Availability and changes
We work hard to keep MP3SoundCloud fast and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available. SoundCloud can change how it works at any time, which may affect some features. We may add, change or remove features, and we may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
07 /
Content ownership
All music, artwork and other content you access through the service belongs to its respective owners. The MP3SoundCloud name, design and code belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to either beyond the personal use described above.
08 /
No warranty
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every track can be downloaded, that files will be error free, or that the service will meet your needs.
09 /
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MP3SoundCloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10 /
Copyright complaints
We respect the rights of artists and labels. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your copyright, please follow the steps on our DMCA page.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using MP3SoundCloud after an update, you accept the new terms.
