How MP3SoundCloud works
MP3SoundCloud does not host a music catalogue. We do not upload, store or index audio files. When a visitor pastes a link, our tool fetches the public stream from SoundCloud for that single request and passes it to the visitor's browser. Private tracks and DRM protected content are not supported.
Because the audio lives on SoundCloud, the most effective way to stop a track from being available is usually to have it removed or made private on SoundCloud itself.

Sending a copyright notice
If you still want to notify us, email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact link or links on SoundCloud or on mp3soundcloud.com that relate to the material.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we review it promptly, take the action we consider appropriate and let you know what we did. Incomplete notices may delay our response, so please include every item listed above.

Counter notices
If you believe a link was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter notice to the same address. It must include your signature, the blocked link, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the block was a mistake, your contact details and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may pass the counter notice to the person who filed the original complaint.

Repeat infringers
We may restrict or end access to the service, including Supporter passes, for anyone who repeatedly uses MP3SoundCloud to infringe copyright.

False claims
Please make sure your notice is accurate. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was blocked by mistake, may make you liable for damages.
